Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return. Please check the product description before purchasing.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about your refund status.

  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
